These layouts use a single page loading format but DIV INCLUDES. This is a really neat, really new kind of tool that I stumbled on that works really well with html static websites! Basically, the links in the navigation are located in one file so you can change that one file for ALL of the navigation. Download it and check out the code if you want!! You can edit the HTML with my wysiwyg or with an editor of your choice!
